In The Mood
Vibes and life lately, a mood board for fall
Today, I’m mixing things up. Introducing my current fall mood board.
Something Old, Something New
I’m not usually a Pinterest girlie, but I’ve come to appreciate the platform’s nuance. It’s both an art and a science. Having taste is one thing; knowing how to curate it is another. It’s not just about choosing the right images, but how they live together, how they tell a story. I’m still new to the game, but I’d love your feedback on how I did.
This collection holds different parts of me—some old, some new. My favorite discoveries from the past few months, and the quiet rituals I live by. A small visual diary of everything that’s inspiring me right now.
Curated by your designated sensitive, for sensitives. If you’re like me, fall can be a time of even deeper thinking, deeper feeling—and slowing down to appreciate things of quality and craft. If you resonate with that, welcome—you’re in the right place.
Something Soft, Something Wild

I’ve always been drawn to the marriage of romanticism and abstract—with a touch of baroque drama. There’s something about that tension between softness and chaos that feels endlessly human and sensitive.
What a painting. What an art. This piece, curled up beside a dark crime novel on a stormy evening, feels like my holy trinity.
I’ve long been a fan of Cecily’s work, and had the pleasure of seeing some of her pieces in person at Gagosian in New York last fall. Still thinking about them.
Science and Soul
I wouldn’t be me without a nod to science. It makes me a little sad that we live in a world where we’re made to choose between nature and science—when in truth, they’ve always been meant to coexist. Real science doesn’t negate nature; it elevates, honors, and sustains it. The last image is an homage to the time I decided to take the long way to New York—meaning, I hopped on a train, grabbed a romance novel, and lived out my nostalgic fantasy. Hope it brings a bit of that magic to you, too.
The Stillness of Wilderness
I mean… this one really speaks for itself. This is it. No explanations needed. Nothing says leave me alone quite like a dark, moody, mossy forest aesthetic. Everything about this imagery soothes my nervous system — sends me straight into the stratosphere. Hope it does the same for you. I’ll let you think about where that comes from… if you guess it right, I’ll meet you in the comments.
Speaking Truth To Power
I’m a sucker for movies and shows inspired by real events that reveal uncomfortable truths — the kind where the quiet part finally gets said out loud. Swiped, starring Lily James as Whitney Wolfe Herd, tells the story of one of the co-founders of Tinder and the founder of Bumble. Eye-opening and deeply human, it’s a powerful reminder to always stand in your truth and do the right thing, no matter what. Now streaming on Hulu.
Speaking of revealing the truth, The Morning Show is an excellent series that pulls back the curtain on what really happens behind the scenes of a major news network. Season 4 just dropped on Apple TV+, and it does not disappoint. I love content that challenges me to think critically, and this one does exactly that. Especially now, it feels more relevant than ever — in a time when media literacy has never been more in question.
After Dark Ritual

Dr. Diamond’s Metacine
INSTAFACIAL® PLASMA: Bioactive Growth Factor Serum
$200
As a sensitive skin girlie, it’s rare for me to find a serum that doesn’t make my skin react—yet still feels like it’s actually doing something.
Has this serum given me a “magic glow”? No. But among everything on the market right now, it’s the only one that’s left my skin looking noticeably more supple over time.
I’m on my third bottle, and until something better comes along… I’m not going back.
Gap
$39.95
My bestie got me this Gap pj set, and I fear I can’t live without it now. It’s the softest feel imaginable—light, breathable, and keeps my skin cool and calm.
Truly, the fall pajama set you’ve been dreaming of.
FELLOW
$199.95
Okay… I fear I may have officially fallen victim to the “cute kettle” propaganda after seeing endless aesthetic ones on Instagram. Consider this a pure treat to myself—and so far, I have zero regrets.
It’s added so much intention to my tea rituals. Some things can’t be explained—they’re simply felt. This is one of them. The magic is in the slow pour.
Added bonus: it keeps the water perfectly warm if you want to go back for seconds.
La Bonne Brosse
N.01 The Small Shine & Care HairBrush The Universal Almond Green
$155
This was the result of a very targeted Instagram ad. They knew exactly what they were doing the moment they started talking about an artisanal, handmade hairbrush.
Perfect for anyone with exceptionally frizzy hair or a sensitive scalp.
And guess what? That’s she, herself, and I.
Ikaati
$24
I discovered this tea during a staycation last year—and it might just change the way you think about green tea forever.
It doesn’t just taste like green tea. It tastes like drinking green tea in China—earthy, soft, and somehow transcendent. The kind of flavor that feels steeped in stillness and centuries of craft.
What moodboard or fall find speaks to you most? I’d love to know your fall discoveries—the ones that make you pause, soften, and feel inspired.
